COMFIFENTIALITY AND DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

As our client, maintaining your desired level of confidentiality during and after our service has been rendered is one of our highest priorities and something we take very seriously. This agreement is a legally binding document and can only be changed by the client in writing. The word “client” shall be representative of the contact person and all other non-investigative personnel who are or may become involved in the investigative process upon request or invitation of the contact person.

At no time will any member of The Rhode Island Paranormal Research Group and Society or guest investigator thereof exceed the limitations as stated in this agreement. If at any time the client exceeds the agreed to limitations of confidential information disclosure, this agreement shall become void, leaving disclosure of any and all information gathered during the investigation process to the full discretion of The Rhode Island Paranormal Research Group and Society.

I, the client, with full understanding, chose the following level of confidentiality and disclosure:

NO DISCLOSURE. Never, under any circumstances whatsoever, shall any member of The Rhode Island Paranormal Research Group and Society or the client reveal to the public any information of any kind.

PARTIAL DISCLOSURE. The Rhode Island Paranormal Research Group and Society may, at its discretion, reveal to the public some aspects and details of the investigation and/or its findings for educational and research sharing purposes. These details will not include factual names and locations of any person or property that may be or had been involved in the case process.

FULL DISCLOSURE. The Rhode Island Paranormal Research Group and Society may, at its discretion, reveal to the public all aspects and details of the investigation and or its findings for educational and research sharing purposes. These details may include factual names and locations of any person or property that may be or had been involved in the case process. Sharing any aspect, detail or finding with the media, including social media, requires written permission from the client.
